
Espacio Raíz is our main practice room, where we teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, gentle yoga, and more.
A spacious and almost open-plan room with plenty of natural light. We have plants that nurture the space and a small altar. You will also find blankets, straps, cushions, and bolsters to support your asanas if needed. There is also space to leave your mat if you wish.
In this room, some of our corporate classes or private group sessions also take place.






Espacio Atman is a smaller, more intimate room that invites inward focus. Here we offer MindfulYoga practices, where you are invited to inhabit the body with full awareness. We also explore pranayama techniques and inward reflection to support concentration and cultivate a meditative attitude. In our classes, we guide these processes step by step, offering different attentional supports to establish a continuous flow and nurture the meditative attitude, knowing that with practice, it will accompany us both on the mat and in everyday life.
In this space, we also hold private lessons, and it is where we will start offering theoretical classes.

In our living room, there are different spots to relax, read, have an infusion, or recharge with some biscuits or nuts before or after your practice.
You can read a passage from the several books we have, colour a mandala, enjoy the silence, or share a good conversation.
We want you to feel like at home and to enjoy the space and the relationships in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
